If you love something set it free if it comes back its yours if not it was never meant to be...

All you can do is let the person know that you love him/her, that you want to be with them, and do everything you can to stay with them. If that doesn't work all you can do is let them go if that's what they want. You cannot force someone to love you back. If the relationship is meant to be it eventually will be. That person will find his/her way back to you at some point if the love is there and it's meant to be. If not, there is someone else out there for you. Sometimes it's good to be alone for a while. You learn more about yourself and grow as a person. You have time to reflect on past mistakes and learn how to correct them. You will have more to offer that person if he/she comes back to you or a new relationship down the road.

Our friends, our lovers, our spouses, even our children are not ours; they belong only to themselves. Possessive and controlling friendships and relationships can be as harmful as neglect.

எனக்கு நினைவுபடுத்தும்..
எந்த மழையாவது உனக்கு
என்னை நினைவுபடுத்திருக்கிறதா??

எல்லா பூக்களும்
உனக்கு நான் கொடுத்த பூக்களை
நினைவுபடுத்தும்..
எந்த பூவாவது
உனக்கு நான் தயங்கி தயங்கி கொடுத்த
அந்த முதல் பூவையாவது
நினைவுபடுத்திருக்கிறதா??

எல்லா கடலலைகளும்
நம் பாதச்சுவடுகளை
எனக்கு நினைவுபடுத்தும்..
என்றைக்காவது நீ
எந்த கடலலை
நம் பாதச்சுவடுகளை பத்திரமாய் வைத்திருக்கும்

ஒரு மழைக்காலத்திற்கு
முன்னதாக நிகழ்ந்திருந்தது நம் சந்திப்பு..

கள்ளங்கபடமில்லாத
சின்ன சின்ன உணர்வுகளை கொண்டு
கடற்கரையோரத்தில் மணல் வீடு கட்டும்
இரண்டு குழந்தைகளாய்
மிக மெதுவாய் கட்ட ஆரம்பித்தோம்
நம்மிடையே ஒரு நேசத்தை..

ஆரம்பித்த மழைக்காலத்தின் ஈரங்களில்,
விரும்பி முளைக்கும்
ஒரு விதை போல் வளர ஆரம்பித்திருந்தது
பெயரில்லா அந்நேசம்..

மழைக்காலத்திற்கு பிந்தைய
வறண்ட நாட்களில் காரணங்களே சொல்லாமல்
கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சமாய் சிறகொடிக்க ஆரம்பித்தாய்
உன் மீதான என் நேசங்களை..

சின்னஞ்சிறு ஏமாற்றங்கள்..
சில பல நிராகரிப்புகள்..
என்னிதயம் தாங்கிகொள்ளமுடியா வலிகள்
என
என்னென்ன உன்னால் முடியுமோ
அத்தனையும் தந்து வேரறுத்தாய்..

என்னை
என் உணர்வுகளை
என் கனவுகளை
என் நேசங்களை
அத்தனையும்..

நீ என் நெஞ்சில் தைத்த
அழகான தேவதை முள்..
அதனால்தான் என்னால் உன்னை
எடுத்தெறிந்துவிட முடியவில்லை..
எடுத்தெறியவும் விருப்பமில்லை..

ஆனால்
நான் உன் செருப்பில் தைத்த முள் போலும்..
அலட்சியமாய் என்னை எடுத்தெறிந்துவிட்டாய்
உனக்கு கொஞ்சமும் வலியில்லாமல்..

உன்னிலிருந்து பிரித்தெறியப்பட்ட

கொஞ்ச காலம் துடிதுடித்து
பின் தன்னைத்தானே அழித்துக்கொண்டது..

இதோ அடுத்த மழைக்காலம்
ஆரம்பிக்க போகிறது..
முடிவென்பதேயில்லை என்ற கனவுகளோடு
உயிர்த்த ஒரு நேசம் முடிவுற்றது...
